Major Upheavals

All teams have now played 6 games and this is a good time to revisit who is going up and down the IPL Table.

On The Rise
1. Rajasthan Royals - Now sitting pretty at the top undisputedly. This has got to be the fairy-tale story of the tournament. Thrashed a supposedly strong Chennai team

2. King's X1 Punjab - 4 successive wins now, after the first 2 losses. Going from strength to strength, despite the loss of Brett Lee.

3. Mumbai Indians - Big win over Delhi to follow up their win over Kolkata. Major jump right up to No. 5 in the table

4. Bangalore Royal Challengers - Narrow win over Deccan Chargers just keeps them in the hunt and lifts them up from the bottom of the basement.

On The Slip
1. Delhi Daredevils - Another minor blip but a fall from the top slot is a fall even though they are still at No. 2 and one of the strongest contenders

2. Chennai Superkings - A worrying fall from the top slot not long ago, down to No. 4. The most worrying part seems to be that they are badly missing Hayden, Hussey and Oram.

3. Kolkata Knight Riders - Nothing seems to be going right after the fourth successive defeat.

4. Deccan Chargers - Another very narrow defeat. At the bottom now with just one win. There has to be some mental issues with this team of very strong individuals.
