After this embarassing defeat, I'm pretty sure Vijay Mallya will be tearing his silver white haif off !! I don't know whether to feel bad for Rahul or enjoy Mallya's discomfiture !
In all seriousness, this was another pathetic performance by BRC. The opening is just not there and when that happens it's going to be impossible in a T20 game as some wise soul on Cricinfo recently pointed out. Kohli for the umpteenth time threw a start, Misbah found yet another novel way to get out and Boucher valiantly but in vain, kept swinging it without timing it. Bah !
What an innings by Shaun Marsh though ! The way he took apart Kumble and Steyn was awesome ! Nice to see Sreesanth and Irfan continue to do well, now joined by VRV and Chawla. Augurs well for Indian cricket.
